We have received numerous questions about our latest creation of the Group Buy program. In an effort to keep you informed we have created this FAQ which answers many of the questions you may have regarding this fantastic program. Should your question not be addressed here you may always contact us with your question and we will be more than happy to respond with an answer which will then be added to this document for further reference by our members.
Q - What is a Group Buy?
A - A Group Buy is as the name implies a purchase made by a group of purchasers which in this case consists of a group of Members Only participants of our program. Through the collective group purchasing program we are able to offer deeply discounted pricing on virtually all products in our growing catalog. Our new program gives these members access to pricing they would otherwise never see without becoming a distributor and in many cases far more affordably than many smaller distributors can offer.
Q - I've tried going to the Group Buy area of the web site but it seems I need permission to access it. How do I become a member of Group Buy?
A - Group Buy is a members ONLY area which requires a subscription to it. You need to have registered on our web site by clicking the Create An Account link in the Login of the home page. Once you have done this you may login to your account and then click the My Subscriptions from our Main menu on the lefthand side of the home page. Here you will see the membership subscription to Group Buy and by clicking it you are subscribing to this membership. Then you will be able to use the top menu Group Buy button to access the group buy offers we list there.
Q - Can anyone join this program or do I have to be a distributor?
A - Anyone who has registered on our web site and who has subscribed to this membership is granted immediate access to all of the products and product savings being offered for a period of 1 year from the date of subscription.
Q - Are there any minimum purchase requirements?
A - Being as we secure what is known as Lots of various products, these lots consist of various quantities or volume. In order for any group buy offering to be considered Ready For Sale that quantity must be purchased. This is done by the membership as a whole so if for example we offer 40kw of solar panels at a special pricing and the combined group purchasing in volume is equal to the 40kw size of this lot then the special pricing will be honored and you will receive whatever quantity you submitted in the form of an Order Request form.
Q - Do these products and systems being offered come with the same manufacture warranties?
A - Absolutely! In fact the only thing you will be pleasantly surprised as being any different is the price.
Q - Do shipping charges still apply to these group buy offerings?
A - Yes. However, from time to time we also obtain special pricing offers which include shipping.
Q - How do I pay for my purchases or are these still handled by your shopping cart?
A - All purchases under $10,000 in value will be invoiced to your email account via our PayPal secured payment processor. All purchases exceeding $10,000 in value will require certified funds transfer or a certified check as verified by our financial institution before the product will be released for shipment.
